In Your Home
-
You will need to be present when the team are delivering services in your home to make the decisions about your belongings and to gain the best results from the sessions.
-
Usually one Care Coordinator will work with during your appointment unless there is need for more team members to support based on the size of the area, volume of items to sort and support you require.
-
The pace of the session will depend on the goal set and what can be completed realistically within the appointment time. The Care Coordinators will work with you during this process to understand your needs.
-
When completing a home visit the Care Coordinators may wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment such as masks, gloves or shoe coverings) as required. This is to ensure they are not transferring any debris through the space and maintaining good Health and Safety practices.
-
You do not need to clean up or move anything prior to our visit ~ we are regularly working in a range of environments and it is helpful for us to understand how you live in yours to understand how to support you well.
