Free Initial Consultation
Are you looking to get support reducing overwhelming clutter in your home or storage unit, creating better safety or function within your environment or supporting someone impacted by Hoarding Disorder?

The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to connect, understand your needs, answer any questions you have and identify the best pathway to achieve your ideal outcomes.
This may involve discussing areas causing distress, identifying priorities, current supports (people and organizations), any unique dynamics, and understanding the vision that aligns with your lifestyle and needs.
​
This Initial Consultation can be in person (on site within Auckland), by phone or virtual and is approximately 30 minutes.

Declutter & Organisation
This service supports individuals and families facing persistent challenges in maintaining living or working spaces impacted by Chronic Disorganisation or navigating an accumulation of belongings.
​
Following an assessment to identify the goals and needs of the client and the space, the Care Coordinators work collaboratively with clients to declutter, sort and categorise items, then implementing sustainable organizational systems.
​
This service aims to enhance daily function, reduce stress, while promoting a sense of order and well-being.
​
A minimum initial booking of 2 hours applies.
These collaborative sessions are hourly with one Care Coordinator but flexible to the needs identified for more coordinators or hours.
​
Declutter & Organisation ~ $65.00 per hour per Care Coordinator (minimum 2 hour appointment)

Collaborative Care ~ Hoarded Environments
Tailored to the unique needs of each client,
this service uses a multi-disciplinary approach with therapeutic intervention and education to support clients and their families to safely manage and reduce Hoarding Disorder behaviours.
​
The Collaborative Care Plan can include:

Safety Assessment and FENZ referral

Sorting household items
-
Secure retention of important documents and valuables
-
Managing items for donation.
-
Managing rubbish removal and disposal.

Implementation of organisation strategies

Co-ordination of therapeutic supports which can include counselling, advocacy, occupational therapy, health and wellbeing activities.

Co-ordination of Pest or Animal Control
-
Education for the individual, family and caregivers to achieve the Care Plan goals.

Co-ordination of trade services for any property maintenance required (internal or external)

Co-ordination of support from allied organisations, professionals or government entities.

On-going support and follow up care

The Collaborative Care Support Plan is for a minimum 3 month period with weekly sessions. Following a referral or inquiry, an Assessment is completed prior to services starting.

Storage Unit Edit
This service provides a hassle-free solution to reclaim your garage space or to declutter Storage Units or containers.
​
The process starts with an assessment of the storage container or space to confirm the time and resources required.
Our experienced team tackles the stored items by unpacking the space, sorting items and identifying items for safekeeping or to remove from the outlined preferences.
​
We believe in sustainable decluttering practices and provide options for donation, recycling, or responsible disposal.
​
For Storage Units this may result in downsizing or no longer needing this storage option.

This service specializes in bringing order to the often overwhelming volumes of digital files, images and paper documents.

We work to assist individuals to sort, categorize, and implement systems that streamline and simplify the management of both digital and physical materials.
For digital clutter, this may include the use of folder structures, cloud-based storage, and digital tools to enhance accessibility and retrieval.
For paper materials this may include effective filing systems and digitization of essential documents.
Education and habit stacking strategies are implemented to support maintaining these systems.
